Merge CSV Files Online processes every file entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. Your CSV files and the merged output are never uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers or to any third party. When you close or reload the tab, the data is cleared from memory.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information to use the tool. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs never include the contents of your files.

If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you.

Cookies and analytics

The tool does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

Third-party services and links

The site is served from a static host. Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Children

The site is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Because we do not store your files or maintain user accounts, there is no profile of you to access or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, contact us and we will delete it.
